The information for foreigners who want to study in Belorussian Trade and Economic University of Consumer Cooperatives Belorussian Trade and Economic University of Consumer Co-operatives accepts foreigners for: studying at the preparatory department of the Russian language needed for the future studying in other Universities of the Republic of Belarus or Russia; studying at the faculties of the university; getting the second higher education in economics; getting the second speciality on the basis of the higher education; studying at the magistracy; studying at the post-gradute courses.
Getting official invitation
The foreigners, who want to study at Belorussian Trade and Economic University of Consumer Co-operatives, are sent invitations that allow them to get visas in Belorussian consulate. For getting official invitation, foreigners must place at our disposal the following documents: the copy of the certificate of education with all the subjects and marks received for these subjects. This copy must be translated into Russian and English and must be certified by the notary; the copy of the birth certificate, passport or other document that can testify the personality; application . All these documents may be sent to the university by post.
Condition for being accepted
The necessary condition for foreigners to be accepted to our university is availability of their passports (or other document that can replace it), visas and medical insurance, drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The documents needed for being accepted
Foreigners (or their representatives) give the following documents in Belarusian, Russian, English, French, Spanish and German to the Belorussian Trade and Economic University of Consumer Cooperatives: application about the acceptance to the University with indication of speciality; the certificate (document) of education with all the subjects and marks received at the examinations; medical conclusion about the state of applicant’s health given by the health services of the Republic of Belarus; medical conclusion about the state of his or her health and the results of the AIDS analyses given by an official organisation of the country from which an applicant comes; the copy of the birth certificate certified by the notary; 6 photographs (size 3х4); 6 photographs (size 4х6); the certificate of the knowledge of the Russian language (except, the preparatory department). If all these documents is in the foreign language, then they must be translated into Belorussian and Russian and certified by the notary. The original of the passport with the visa or the document that can replace the passport must be given to the University by an applicant personally.
